MARTIN Industries Private Limited

MARTIN Industries Private Limited have been established in 1984, as a proprietary concern then upgraded to a Private Limited Company in December 2009. It started as a mechanical engineering manufacturing unit at Ultadanga, Kolkata in 1986.

Our major production consists of manufacturing & supplying Ammunition components to various Ordnance Factories in India. The components are being manufactured as per the drawings & specifications of Ordnance Factories. In early 2004 we thought of diversifying into the Auto Components market, both domestic as well as export.. Hence in 2004 we bought around 1494.995 mІ of Land at 24 Parganas (South). We have currently 408.773 mІ of covered space, which is going to expand to 765.892 mІ of covered space, sufficient to install new machines, apart from the existing ones.

Keeping the Export Market in view we have upgraded our Quality Management System to ISO 9001 : 2008.

We have recently increased our production facilities to able to take advantage of the burgeoning Auto Components market, i.e. domestic as well as international. We have a machine shop consisting of Universal Milling Machine, Lathe Machine and CNC Lathe Machine, Single Spindle Automat, Centreless Grinding Machine 75mm capacity and Capstan Machines. Our Press Shop consists of Power Presses and ball presses. Our distinctive competence is in precision machining of components upto 250mm dia and components requiring deep draw operations.
